Herb Butter
- 100g softened butter
- 1–2 teaspoons chopped parsley, thyme, or chives
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: a little garlic
Mix together and chill. Lovely on potatoes, vegetables, bread, or pasta.
Rosemary Salt
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
