1) Stand at a threshold, candle beside you (or imagine a light).
2) Speak: “May good doors notice me; may I notice them.”
3) Step through the doorway with purpose. Snuff/thank the light.
Sweet Sleep 🌙
Tools: a glass of water • tone: soothing
1) Hold the glass; picture moonlight collecting in it.
2) Say: “Cool and clear, carry me to rest.”
3) Sip, place by bedside. In the morning, pour it out at a plant.
