Small Everyday Charm

Little Star Luck Mark

LUCK
a tiny bright mark

A tiny star mark for small luck, gentle courage, and finding the next good step — drawn on paper, tucked away, or placed where a little brightness is needed.

Little Star Luck Mark sketch

Best made simply. A star does not need to shout to guide you — it only needs to be seen at the right moment.

✧ What it’s for

Use this charm when you need a little luck, a steady nudge, or a reminder that small hopeful signs still count.

It is a light-touch charm for everyday moments — before a journey, a message, a decision, a new attempt, or a day that needs a brighter beginning.

✧ What you’ll need

  • A small piece of paper, card, label, or scrap from a notebook
  • A pen, pencil, coloured pencil, or tiny brush
  • Optional: a pebble, bead, charm, or folded paper envelope
  • Optional: a pinch of dried lavender, rosemary, mint, or chamomile nearby
  • A pocket, purse, desk, windowsill, journal, or hidden place to keep it

✧ The small working

  1. Take a slow breath and think of the small luck you are asking for.
  2. Draw a little five-point star on the paper.
  3. Place one small dot above the star and say: “Light above.”
  4. Place one small dot below the star and say: “Luck below.”
  5. Draw a loose circle around the star and say: “Good things know where to go.”
  6. Fold the paper once toward you, as if bringing the luck closer.
  7. Keep it somewhere quiet, or carry it with you for the day.

✧ Keeping it

Keep the mark in a journal, pocket, purse, drawer, or beside a small stone. When you notice it, let it remind you to look for the next kind opening.

When the charm feels finished, tear or fold it small and place it in the bin, compost, or fire-safe dish with thanks.
