Whisper from the Garden
The garden teaches that gathering and letting go can belong to the same season.
Autumn is the season of gathering and release — of full baskets, fading leaves, saved seeds, and the slow drawing in of the year. It is a time to harvest with gratitude and let the garden begin its rest.
The garden teaches that gathering and letting go can belong to the same season.
Autumn is about harvesting what remains, saving what can be carried forward, and gently clearing what has finished. It invites both appreciation and acceptance as the growing year turns.
Collect seeds from one plant, or clear one finished pot or bed ready for rest. Even a small act of tidying can feel like a way of honouring the season’s work.
As you gather the last harvests, name one thing the season has taught you. Offer thanks for what grew well, and kindness for whatever did not.
